Chicken Satay, tapas and small bites. Featuring coleslaw, vegetarian patties, and more!
A preview of some recipes I experimented with over the Summer. I have been really into cabbage and making several different varieties of coleslaw. I also have been using my Hibachi grill and skewers. This video shows a chicken Satay with peanut sauce that was amazing. Another new recipe I played around with is bean and potato cakes. For this one I used garbanzo beans and seasoned with Italian bread crumbs. But you can use different types of beans and seasoning to create endless varieties of this hearty vegetarian patty that will be good for Fall and Winter too.
