For these homemade sushi rolls, we used shrimp as the featured filling. Other ingredients used for this recipe are: carrots, avocado, cucumber, mayonnaise and chili oil. Other garnishes and flavors you can add that are optional but great to try are radish, chili flakes and sesame oil. Don't forget the wasabi and pickled ginger to serve your home made sushi with alongside the soy sauce.
