Pandesal
Adapted from a recipe by: Bebs of Foxy Folksy
Makes 12 rolls
1 1/2 cups (200 g) all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups (200 g) bread flour
1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
1 tsp. (6 g) kosher salt
1 cup (240 mL) whole milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. (28.4 g) unsalted butter
1 1/2 tsp (6.4 g) active dry yeast
1/4 cup (25 g) bread crumbs
Note:
Using weight measurements rather than volume measurements is recommended for baking recipes.
