Serves 4-6
5 large eggs
1/2 cup (120 g) half-and-half
1/2 cup (115 g) heavy cream
1 cup (200 g) sugar plus 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1 vanilla bean
1 cinnamon stick
1 lemon
