PlanEat at Ecotrophelia Europe 2023
Team PlanEat from the University of Nottingham speak about their experience of the Ecotrophelia Europe 2023 final in Cologne. Ecotrophelia is a student competition to design a new sustainable food product. The team developed 'protein poppers', a mealworm based protein snack.
