# 23 Stryker 10 Meter Skip @ 11:00 am.
I tried listening in on rolling skip on my Stryker 10 Meter Radio. I t tried on AM, USB, LSB, and back on Am. My poor old ears. All that squawking and static does little good for the constant ringing in my ears. I did manage to hear a few people talking clearly, but they don't stay on very long. I was. just working on the 4 Channel, which I think is supposed to be straight CB. I am beginning to learn to tune in a bit better, but it is still confusing, I have no idea if I am hearing what I should be hearing. My antenna is a Solarcon A99 mounted at 37 &1/2 feet from the ground. I think it is tuned properly.I kept trying to tune in this one frequency and finally figured out they were talking in Spanish, but it was pretty garbled. North Carolina was coming in loud and clear. Sometimes, I have better luck on the LSB, but other times, I do better on the AM Channel.
