SHOW DAY | Competing and Coaching
My First bodybuilding competition as a competitor in 5 years and this time around was different as I also had Pro Bikini Competitors in the show. The location was Miami so me and the team headed to South Florida.
I am still competing as a Natural Bodybuilding at a show where steroids are permitted. I am 6'3 202lbs on stage at this show and 47 years old.
For this show I competed in the NPC Men's Physique Division in both the Master's and Open Category.
Show day including the tan, make up, posing, training, food and we will discuss how I approached my peak week process.
