I Prepared For A Bodybuilding Competition | Last Minute
I prepared for a bodybuilding competition and decided in the last minute to jump on stage and see how i looked. I began dieting months ago with no competition plans but as I got leaner I started to consider my options.
As a natural bodybuilder who has been competing now over the course of 15 years I have learned to enjoy the process and not simply choose a show but wait until I know I will be competitive.
