Restoring a DESTROYED PS4 The Ultimate BLOD Fix
In this video, I take on a dead PlayStation 4 with a serious case of the Blue Light of Death (BLOD). This console had a history: someone had already been inside, left it a mess, and even "stole" one of the internal cables.
After replacing the missing parts and taking some diagnostic measurements, I confirmed the worst—the APU needed a full reball. The catch? I didn't have a stencil. Most people would give up here, but I decided to set every single solder ball manually by hand.
