This PlayStation 5 came in with a no signal issue — and at first glance, it looked like a simple case. But once I inspected the HDMI port… it was completely destroyed.

While the console was open, I also removed the factory liquid metal and upgraded it to PTM7950, improving long-term thermal reliability and performance.
