How to sew a knife sheath from leather

When making the sheath, I used a wooden model of the knife. This simplified the production of the sheath. I made the dimensions of the model larger than the dimensions of the knife, so that the knife fits into the sheath freely, since I gave the shape to the sheath while wet, and when it dries, the skin shrinks and tightens.
The sheath was made from a piece of leather from the top of a woman's boot.
I soaked the leather in water and shaped the sheath on a model of a knife, which I made from wood.
I used clothespins to secure the leather to the model.
I put it on the radiator to dry. A day later, I removed the clothespins, and the skin began to conform to the shape of the model.
I cut the scabbard first.
Glued with waterproof Moment glue.
I sewed the sheath with chemical thread.
I punched the hole for it using punches that I bought at Ozone.
I sewed the sheath with two needles facing each other.
I finally cut off the scabbard.
The threads were white, I dyed them with shoe polish.
The result is a sheath for a working knife. The knife does not fall out and is easy to insert and remove.
