welcome to the first video of the new & improved Beginner Pilates Series! In the first week of this series we are going to be moving through some pre-Pilates exercises and learning some of the fundamentals so that we can create a really strong foundation before we move on with the rest of the Beginner Pilates Series!
In this video we are talking all about the "proper" Pilates breathing technique - don't worry if you don't feel like you are doing it perfectly, the breath is something that we will work on throughout this series and throughout your Pilates practice! So just give it your best shot!
