I've been mountain biking a lot more this summer but I usually ride at least a few miles with a lot of uphill and some simple trail riding downhill. Even back when I was biking a lot, a few decades ago, I never went off jumps; I stuck to maybe going fast on the downhill but that was it. So in the last few weeks, I've ridden a few times at the local bike park. This is not a bike park like on a mountain, such as the one at Northstar. No, this is a dinky park in the middle of town. Watch how I effortlessly ride up and over these jumps as if I'm a big chicken who is scared to catch air! More importantly, watch the video of me at this park in a year or two and see how much I progressed from riding up and over to catching big air.
