GTA IV on Xenia Canary | Unlocked FPS patch | 11900k + 3070
On most machines GTA IV is unstable when using DX12, cause unknown. If that happens use Vulkan - it's stable at the cost of broken foliage. Thanks to Tervel for FPS patch. Some light sources will flicker at high FPS. Other stuff breaks at high FPS as well, which is not related to emulation but the game itself, e.g. certain camera transitions, climbing helicopter in "Out of commission", etc.
