✨ How to make a wax seal ✨
1️⃣ Pour your wax - I like to let my glue gun rest on its stand while I pour the wax. I pour about 3/4” circle of wax.
Extra tip: You don’t want the wax to get too hot. If it’s very runny or has a lot of bubble in it, then it is too hot. Just unplug the gun to let it cool down, then keep making your seals.
2️⃣ Place stamp in the wax - As soon as you’ve poured your wax, place your stamp right in the center and push it into the wax.
Extra tip: You’ll want to make sure to press it all the way down to make sure the wax makes a good impression of the stamp.
3️⃣ Let cool, then remove stamp - The seal should only take 20-30 seconds to cool and the stamp should come off easily.
Extra tip: If your stamp is sticking to the wax, let it cool longer (1 minute) and then try again. This tends to happen if the wax is too hot or if your making several seals and the stamp gets too hot.
