Field Notes Friday: Icy Brook at Lyme Hill Conservation Area
This week Cassie Bernyk, Stewardship Programs Coordinator, visited Lyme Hill Conservation Area and was impressed by the ice formations along the brook that passes through the property. With the rain and snow melt we experienced earlier this week followed by freezing temps the past couple of days, made the perfect conditions for ice formations to show off.
We wanted to share this icy babbling brook with you to provide a moment of peace as we head into the weekend!
