Dear friends, today we cracked the 200,000 euro mark. We have collected 200,000 euros in donations since the outbreak of the war. This is your money, your help!
My name is Conrad Breyer from Munich Kyiv Queer. And here is a new update.
We would like to thank you for your support. With your help we have been able to support a total of 654 queer people with individual case assistance. And many more as part of the Alliance Queer Emergency Ukraine, which supports Ukrainian LGBTIQ* organisations. Here, more than one million euros were collected. But, you know, not all LGBTIQ* are connected to organisations. That is why we also need the individual case assistance.
This is help for queer people who have lost their jobs, income, homes, family and friends, people who are on the run.
Like Yaroslav, a trans* man and activist from Kyiv, who needs money for food.
Like Eleonara, a lesbian woman from bombed Odesa, who is starting a new job but needs money for rent in the transitional period.
Like Vadym, a gay man from the embattled east who needs money for medicine.
Like Nikita, who evacuated his parents from Odesa.
We are currently sending 200 euros per person, which allows people to survive for just one month. 15,300 euros are still left at the moment. Donate so that we can continue to help! Thank you so much!

HELP FOR LGBTIQ* ORGANISATIONS To support LGBTIQ* in Ukraine we have helped set up the Alliance Queer Emergency Aid Ukraine, in which around 40 German LGBTIQ* Human Rights organisations are involved. All these groups have access to very different Human Rights organisations in Ukraine like "You are not alone" and use funds for urgently needed care or evacuation of queer people like Natalya.
