How to make blanks for gears

The process of manufacturing blanks of gears for the manufacture of inch threads on the MN-8 machine is shown.
Duralumin bushings, textolite rims.
The bushings are glued with epoxy glue.
Now you can cut teeth on these blanks. These will be gears with the number of teeth 55,56,57,64,65,70,72.
How I will cut the teeth will be shown in the next video.
