Who wouldn't like to strengthen their immune system? This Yin Yoga practice, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridians (Lung & Large Intestine), is designed to help keep your Immune System strong. It may also help improve digestion and breathing.

Not bad for roughly 30 minutes of your time!

Optional props you may want to have for this practice:

1 block
1 strap (an exercise band works well, as I show)
1 blanket to pad your knees

You'll open your heart, chest, shoulders, hips, and hamstrings, which also makes this practice a great pre or post run stretch!
