KABC ABC 7 Eyewitness News at 3pm Open - New Graphics Debut - 5/21/2024
KABC became the last ABC O&O to debut the the mandate graphics package. But whats really surprising there using WABC’s cut of the Gari Eyewitness News theme that's been in use since 1999, replacing the theme they had since 2012 i'm gonna be honest I am surprised. i'm a little bit disappointed by there version of this rollout, I saw the same colors as the other stations was using I was expecting unique color scheme from KABC. I wanted to see light blue and turquoise and tan those colors fits SoCal they already have the colors on the set why not this package. KABC gets the lowest grade imo for no uniqueness and being a carbon copy.
