delicious pizza sauce quickly prepared (basic recipe)
A delicious and simple pizza sauce quickly prepared. The pizza sauce can be super boiled down and is then even up to a year durable. Frozen, the pizza sauce keeps about three months. After defrosting, the pizza sauce should be seasoned again.
Pizza sauce for 2 trays or 4 pizzas á 28cm Ø:
500g strained tomato
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp thyme
2 tsp sugar
salt&pepper
The pizza sauce should simmer for about 10 minutes. If you want to make it very quickly, you can reduce the simmering time a bit.
