Delicious Stuffed Squid Recipe 🦑
Today I'm sharing with you a dish that I particularly love. Stuffed squid with rice and a spicy tomato sauce
INGREDIENTS:
Condiments for the stuffing and sauce
3 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
1 handful of parsley
1 handful of cilantro
5 roasted red bell peppers
For the stuffed squid:
4 large squid (30cm), cleaned beforehand + tentacles cut off
Cleaning the squid 00:15
Stuffing the squid 00:40
100g short-grain rice
350g peeled shrimp
Half of the seasonings
5cl olive oil
1 tsp (paprika, cumin, ginger, turmeric)
1 tbsp soy sauce
Hot sauce to taste
Salt and black pepper
For the tomato sauce: 02:40
450g chopped tomatoes
Half of the Condiments
8 cl olive oil
15 cl water
1 tsp (paprika, cumin, ginger, turmeric)
2 bay leaves, 1 sprig of thyme and a few sprigs of rosemary
Hot chili to taste
Salt and pepper
