Why do some people fall deeply and lastingly in love with Paris, despite its many challenges? In this video, I argue that it's not about the boulangeries, the job opportunities, or even the work-life balance. Those things can be found elsewhere.
Drawing on my personal experience as a therapist and an avid cinephile in Paris, I explore what I believe is the real, sustainable reason: the city's uniquely rich, vibrant, and radically accessible cultural life.
