How to join datasets in R

A majority of organizations store data in different tables, but all are having similarities based on the primary key. A database should be in its simplest form or unit possible. This is essential so as to achieve the simplest form of analysis with the Data. Having a lot of unrelated data in one table makes it more difficult to achieve an analysis of the particular field in question.
Tableau also provides a feature where different datasets can be combined so as to achieve a unified table that provides information of a particular item in the variables necessary for performing the analysis; this is achieved through R programming. R programming is mainly utilized in analyzing statistics for huge datasets. Nevertheless, it is also utilized in data preparation, so as to ensure accuracy is attained during data analysis. One of the features in Tableau using R for its data preparation is the joins in R.
The joins in R command for Tableau enables the user to join different data sets existing within a database in addition the user also specifies the type of join they wish to achieve. The line of code written in R specifies what tables are joined and what fields are selected. The selection is specified based on the datasets having a common primary field.
