This DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) exercise is a great tool for hypermobile individual to bring some awareness to their true core, which is NOT just your abs!
Key Points:
⚡️Before bringing the legs up, make sure you spine is neutral and against the ground vs lifted up towards the ceiling
⚡️If your lower back lifts off the floor when you bring your leg up, your low ab was not doing a good job of stabilizing your pelvis
⚡️Make sure you're always breathing, expanding your barrel vs sucking your tummy in your squeezing your abs
