When it is time to go from the bent position to standing up, concentrate on the inner thigh. ⁠

Your inner thigh has to work with the outer thigh to stabilize the knee in place and most often people use their back to get up from the bent position.⁠

I love Sumo squat because it works out the muscles we normally dont use and also it is an opportunity to practice neutral spine and biological breathing.⁠
