When it is time to go from the bent position to standing up, concentrate on the inner thigh.
Your inner thigh has to work with the outer thigh to stabilize the knee in place and most often people use their back to get up from the bent position.
I love Sumo squat because it works out the muscles we normally dont use and also it is an opportunity to practice neutral spine and biological breathing.
