The City is similar to a modern-day metropolis in many ways: full of history, culture, crime and glamour. The major difference is that a strange mist exists in varying degrees between the sections, and within this mist special individuals can manifest the powers and personalities of ANY fictional character. Mythology, comic book, movie, literary creation...they can all take hold of those few they choose to inhabit, and in the places where the mist is thickest supernatural and impossible occurrences are commonplace. What happens when the normal dramas of urban life are elevated by people with the literal power to shape reality? A thousand stories have been forgotten and a thousand new stories will come about as they strive to be retold.
