The following practice is the final part of our 7-part series focusing on exploring and restoring our Chakra system. This final part focuses on our seventh chakra known as the Sahasrāra Chakra or Crown Chakra. This chakra is located at the top of your skull. This energy center in our body houses our connection to all, our wisdom and mastery, and divinity. Throughout this practice, you will be guided through an exploration of this chakra by utilizing bodily and breath awareness, visualization, and positive affirmations.
