What if there was a video game based on The Crow?

Based on my favorite graphic novel by J.J. Obarr and the excellent film by Alex Proyas. (Yes I'm a fan. Sue me XD)

The song is Burn by The Cure, a song used in the original movie.
Games used are The Darkness, Alone in the Dark, Arkham Asylum, Dead to Rights Retribution, and Condemned 2 Bloodshot.

The Crow chronicles the death and rebirth of Eric Draven, a rock star murdered along with his girlfriend by mobsters. Despite being shot, stabbed, and thrown from a window four years later Draven returns with a mystical crow to guide him in a mission of divine retribution, not vengeance.
I think 'Painted Face' (Eric's alter ego) would be a fascinating character to play. He's nearly invincible but not invulnerable, can pull of incredible feats of strength and dexterity, and is hell bent on taking down the thugs responsible for his death but not for his own purposes. The rest of the world is plagued by these amoral villains and Draven is a literal tool of otherworldly balance, removing them from the equation without mercy but with remorse; an interesting juxtaposition. Game play could include cinematic first person gunplay, third person martial arts, escaping the police, and maybe dealing with other supernatural enemies as well, not uncommon in the Crowverse.
