Market Starting To Heat Up
I'm starting to get a lot more action and offers on my listings the past 2-3 weeks. I’m getting multiple offers and subject free offers on many of my high quality 1 and 2 bedroom condos in Downtown Vancouver. I see many buyers starting to get back out there in anticipation of interest rate cuts coming down over the next few months.
