Buyers Tired Of Waiting On Sidelines!
Several new polls out saying that the number of Canadians looking to buy a home in the next year has gone up substantially. Many potential buyers who have been on the sidelines for years are starting to get tired of waiting and are looking to make the commitment to home ownership in 2024. The biggest hurdle moving forward is going to be lack of quality homes that are available for sale as many owners are holding tight to what they have.
