Best Buys of 2024...So Far
I’m seeing some good value in our current market. Buyers are taking a break for Summer and are still cautious with our elevated interest rates. It’s allowing me to buy quality condos with no competition below asking price for just over $1000 a sq ft. (Downtown / Concrete units on large lots). I think these are going to prove to be an excellent buy 10-15 years down the road
