Given Up Hope On Buying A Home
Was listening to a radio call in show on Canadian Real Estate. Most of the callers were complaining that homes had become too expensive and had given up all hope of ever buying and had resigned to the fact they will be lifetime renters. There were however a few feel good motivational callers who talked about how they bought their fist home and what they had to do to make it happen. I also discuss the continued cancelation of new strata units in Downtown Vancouver and now being built as market rental. Also a new Landlords group is calling for the NDP to make the tenancy laws more balanced as right now they heavily favour the tenant.
