Dr. Robinson holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an M.S. in Organizational and Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Wagner College. Her expertise includes human resources, corporate social responsibility, and organizational behavior. She has researched workplace dynamics and served as an adjunct faculty member, focusing on psychology, research methods, and curriculum development.
