"yes, um I'm looking for three American girls, Their here for the semester but I was running a little late and I don't know ehre they are." joe replied, the man nodded in understanding and pointed towards the entrance where he spotted three girls sitting with luggage.
"They seem to be exhausted." The man commented, Joe smiled slightly walked over to them.
"Excuse me." joe said softly, Selena looked up surprised and nuged Andrea who was next to her.
"What?" Andrea grumbled, she was already irritated and tired.
"I think our ride is here." Sel said softly, Andrea looked over and smiled widely standing up.
"Hi.!" She said girnning, Joe grinned back shaking her hand.
"Sorry I'm late but I didn't realize I was supposed to pick you girls up until a little while ago." Joe confessed taking some suitcases.
"Can you um help me with Demi..she sleeps like a rock once she settles down." Sel said softly, Joe looked at the sleeping girl and grinned.
"Sure, let me get this in the van and i'll be right back." Joe replied, he hurried off followed by Andrea who was looking around excitedly.
"Oh Denise, there you are." Prof. Edsin exclaimed hurrying towards her, she smiled slightly shaking his hand.
"Proffessor, how are you?" she murmered, as they continued walking to the school.
"Wonderful, I was wondering if the three girls had arrived yet?" he asked curiously, Denise smiled opening the door for them.
"Yeah, Joe's picking them up right now, he's bringing the two girls to their host families and then bringing the other girl back to our house." Denise explained, he nodded in relief.
"I'm so glad this has worked out so far." He announced, they walked into their meeting room and settled down.
"Why don't you go to the van, its parked right out front..what's her name again?" Joe asked crouching beside Demi he slid his arms under her.
"Demi" Sel murmered, she walked towards the van there were so many people about.
"Demi." Joe said softly shaking her shoulder, she grumbled and rested her head on his shoulder. He laughed softly and slowly stood up.
"man he's cute." Andrea murmered watching Joe as he walked over carrying Demi.
"I know right, I hope he's one of our host families." Sel murmered both smiling brightly when Joe duct his head in and settled Demi on one of the seats. Demi's eyes fluttered open and then they widened when she spotted the boy leaning over her.
"who the.." Demi whispered he chuckled softly and leaned back as she sat up looking for Sel and Andrea.
"This is Joe Demi, he's coem to pick us up." Sel said smiling slightly. Demi blushed a little and looked away from Joe.
"OH..HI." She said smiling slightly, he smiled back and hurried to the drivers side.
"Hold on, what makes you think one of these girls could be in trouble?" Denise asked holding up her hand, they had been discussing when the girls could have their free time to explore when this information had come up.
"We had people watching the girls who were picked for the exchange program. One the girl Demi, she's only seventeen and her parents had to sign a paper giving her permission. However we learned that her parents were against her coming and we believe that she may have forged their signatures." The man explained, Denise groaned rubbing her face.
"so what are we going to do, just let her stay and see what happens?" she asked looking at her co workers.
"yes, just keep an eye on her and make sure nothing gets out of hand." One of the ladies suggested, Denise nodded writing down some more notes and they moved onto another topic.
"Well Andrea, right..this is your stop." Joe announced, pulling up to a small farm house. Andrea got out taking a deep breath smiling slightly when an older lady walked out.
"Thanks, see you guys at school." Andrea called out waving, Demi waved back and turned to look at Joe curiously. They had already dropped Sel off a few houses before.
"So where do I go?" Demi asked softly, Joe looked at her and smiled gently.
"With me." He announced, Demi stared at im confused and he chuckled softly. "Well not with me, I mean your staying with me and my family."
"Oh." Demi whispered they pulled up to a huge house and Demi's mouth dropped open. "Wow, this place is lovely and its huge!"
"Thanks I think." Joe murmered laughing he grabbed her bag and helped her out of the car.
"I got it." Demi said moving to grab her bag, he dodged her shaking his head.
"No way girl, my mom raised me to be a gentleman." He murmered, Demi smiled shyly and they walked into the house.
"Sel, how do you think Demi's doing?" Andrea asked anxiously, Sel chuckled putting away some of her clothes.
"She's fine Andrea, did you see that guy he was starin at Demi like she was something to eat." Sel replied giggling, Andrea giggled as well they talked for a few more minutes before hanging up.
'Nick, Kevin this is Demi." Joe stated walking into the kitchen where his brothers were.
