"Alright up next we have Demetria Follows." Jeremy announced he was going to be the producer for the newer version.
"Follows...wait Follows?" Kevin murmered shaking his head it wasn't a common last name but he doubted the chance of her relation with Megan Follows.
"Good luck Demi, you'll get it for sure." Sel murmered squeezing her shoulder gently, Demi smiled gratefully.
"Thanks Sel." Demi murmered, she took a deep breath and walked into the audition room.
"Kevin are you alright?" Jeremy asked concerned, he was surprised when Kevin walked over to the young girl.
"Hello, I'm Kevin Sullivan." He stated holding out his hand, Demi smiled up at him and he just stared at her she looked so much like her mom.
"I'm Demi Follows, my mom is Megan Follows." Demi confessed softly, he nodded grinning.
"I could tell right away, your mom is a great actress Demi. I hope you get the part." He murmered patting her shoulder, Demi smiled nervously but hearing well wishes from her made her confidence rise.
"Joseph! Really you got suspended two days before graduation!!!" Jonathan yelled up the stairs, Joe winced putting down his backpack, he should have known the school was going to call today.
"It was a misunderstanding dad!" Joe called back moving down the stairs slowly to wait his dad's reaction.
"Bull!, I know you've had a hard time since your mom died and I'm doing the best I can but this is rediculous." Jonathan announced staring at him as he walked into the room.
"I know..I just.." JOe trailed off, he had done a lot of things in the past two years to piss his dad off and had succeeded never had his dad shown disappointment.
"What happened this time?" Jon asked taking a deep breath setting down the letter from Joe's principle he wanted to hear Joe's side first.
"I got into an arguement with the teacher about what college I should attend." Joe grumbled, Jon sighed rubbing his face.
"Was it necessary to punch him in the face?" Jon demanded, Joe just shrugged.
"He pissed me off, he said that since I was going to a community college mom would be disappointed in me." Joe said softly, Jon sighed and tore up the letter.
"Joe, your mom would be so proud of you, you could do no wrong in her eyes." Jon announced smiling slightly.
"I had her wrapped around my little finger didn't I?" Joe said laughing softly, Jon nodded and stretching he stood up.
"I have to get to the set, I'll see you at dinner alright." Jon announced grabbing his keys, Joe waved and turned the tv on.
"The search is on for the male role of Gilbert Blythe in the new adaption of Anne of Green Gables. As we speak thousands of girls are waiting to audition for Anne Shirley. There is still time for guys to go audition at 847 Dirneth Street Building C." Joe thought for a minute thinking of a way to make his dad less disappointed, grabbing his keys he jumped onto his motorcycle speeding towards the building.
"Wonderful, we'll contact you in two days if you have the part." Jeremy announced, Demi smiled thankfully and waving to Kevin she hurried out of the room feeling nervous but confident..
"Well how do you think she did?" Kevin asked curiously, Jeremy finished writing down some notes and looked at him.
"After auditioning three thousand girls in two countries here and Canada she has been the best." Jeremy announced, Kevin sighed in delight and leaned back in his seat.
"Hey mom." Demi said bursting into the house, Megan looked up and smiled at her youngest child.
"There you are, I almost sent Johnny out to find you." She announced, Demi glanced at her older brother who winked at her. He was the only one who knew besides Sel that she had tried out for the movie.
"Oh mom, I'm fifteen not a little girl anymore." Demi said grinning innocently, Johnny snorted and Demi glared at him.
"Johnny don't tease your sister." Megan murmered, Johnny just smiled and walked over kissing Demi's head.
"How'd it go?" he asked into her ear as their mom turned away to start their dinner.
'I think really well, the man who directed the one that mom was in is also directing this one." Demi explained softly, Johnny grinned at her and headed towards the stairs.
"Call me when dinner's ready." He yelled, Megan rolled her eyes sighing but smiled.
"Alright up next we have Joseph Crombie trying out for Gilbert Blythe." Jeremy announced, he wached amused as Kevin burst out laughing shaking his head.
"You have got to be kidding me." He muttered watching as a taller version but the same looking guy walked in.
"Hey.' Joe said smiling at them, he glanced at the man who was watching him with a smile on his face.
"You must be Jonathan's boy." Kevin announced, Joe was surprised but nodded shaking the man's head.
"Yes, can I still try out for the part?" Joe asked curiously, Jeremy nodded hoping that Joe was just as good as his dad, if better.
"Your keeping something from me and its driving me nuts!" Megan announced at dinner, Demi giggled.
