"Disneyland!" Ava squealed, Demi looked at Joe raising her eyebrows and he smiled angelically.
"Oh yes, surprise Ava." Demi said grinning down at her, Ava launched herself against Demi hugging her tightly.
"I'm gonna see Cinderella!" Ava announced, Denise chuckled softly and even Gayle smiled slightly.
"Whose all going?" Gayle asked curiously, Joe thought quickly knowing after he said this he was going to have to explain to his coach.
"Our coach is giving us two weeks to spend with our families before the season starts so we all decided to head down there." Joe explained, Demi was so excited. Just as excited as Ava, she had never been to Disneyland.
"Demi, I have a proposal for you." Denise announced an hour later, Joe had agreed to go to the park with Gayle and Ava and Demihad decided to stay behind.
"Hmm?" Demi asked curiously trying not to stare at the ring that was on her finger.
"Why don't you leave the daycare and become Ava's full time nanny." Denise announced, Demi smiled slightly but shook her head.
"Thank you but no, I want to work with many kids. Although Ava has a special place in my heart." Demi murmered, denise nodded in understanding shrugging.
"Well I had to give it a try." Denise said laughing softly, Demi nodded smiling.
"so whats going on with this?" Demi asked softly pointing to the ring, Denise shrugged looking at Paul with raised eyebrows he flushed slightly.
"What i had to think of something, I mean you guys looked so adorable I thought the best way to get Gayle out of our hair was to put the rings on you two." He confessed, Denise hid her smile and Demi grinned at him.
"Do you think Gayle will still try to get Ava away from you guys?" Demi asked hesitantly, Denise sighed and Paul shrugged.
"I'm not sure why she's even trying they have never wanted to have a relationship with her before." Paul murmered, Demi sighed and grabbed her jacket.
"Well I guess I should go get my stuff." Demi announced, Denise jumped up as well.
"Let me go with you, that way we can swing by Taylor's and let her know what's going on." Denise explained, Demi smiled and they headed out to her car laughing.
"Ava be careful please." Joe called out, Ava just grinned pumping her legs fast so that she would go higher on the swings.
"Now, we know htis trip you came up with is just that a hoax. To keep me from getting to know Ava." Gayle announed, Joe snorted turning towards her but keep his eyes on Ava.
"Gayle you have never shown interest in getting to know Ava even when Ashley was still alive." Joe said softly, Gayle took a deep breath wanting to tell JOe that he had no right to say her daughters name.
"You're right of course, but I would like to get the chance to remedy that." Gayle lied smiling sweetly, Joe didn't even try to hide his disbelief.
"Gayle, what is it that you really want?!" He demanded standing up as he watched Ava hurry to the slide with some other kids.
"I want to have sole custody of Ava, you will have no visitation and pretty much will cease to exist from her life." She announced, Joe rolled his eyes and pinne dher with a glare.
"Gayle, i will see you in court if this is what you really want and trust me when I say i'll make sure this never happens." He said coldly and wlaked over to where Ava was.
'Daddy Watch!" Ava called out, he stood by the bottom of the slide and smiled up at her.
"K, go on!" He called back, she sat down and let one of the girls at the top push her gently down, she giggled when he caught her in his arms and he kissed her cheek.
"Can we go find Demi now." She asked softly, he chuckled knowing how she felt about Gayle.
"Of course." Joe murmered, he looked to where Gayle had been sitting and sighed in relief, she was gone he hoped that she ahd gone back to the house.
"This is a cute place." Denise murmered looking around, Demi smiled at her grabbing a suitcase.
"Thanks its small, but its mine." She replied, Denise nodded in understanding and picked up a photo her eyes widening.
"Oh my..are you Eddie Lovato's daughter?"Denise asked surprised, Demi chuckled and nodded.
"Yeah, step daughter actually. He was married to my mom and then my mom passed away..then he re-married so now I have a younger step -sister and a step mom." Demi explained, Denise was impressed.
"Does he know what your doing?" Denise asked curiously, Demi chuckled softly and nodded.
"Yeah, he helped me get the position he knows how much I love working with kids. Even though he has a blood daughter as the oldest because he adopted me I'm the one who will inherit most of his money. So I wanted to do what I love before he gets too old." Demi explained, she grabbed her suitcase took the photo Denise was holding and they went back to the car.
"Mrs Jonas, Demi come in." Taylor said surprised she had not expected them on her doorstep when she opened the door.
"Thanks Taylor, sorry to barge in on you without calling first." Demi murmered smiling slightly.
