On April 1, 2024, USCIS updated the new filing fee for VAWA. All applications and petitions postmarked on or after April 1, 2024, will now have a filing fee of $0!
Who can file under the Violence Against Women Act?
You can file if you are the self
petitioning
🇺🇸 spouse of an abusive U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident,
🇺🇸 the self-petitioning child of an abusive U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, or
🇺🇸 the self-petitioning parent of an abusive U.S. citizen son or daughter who is 21 years old or older.
If you are experiencing abuse from family members who have status in the U.S., you may be eligible for a green card through the VAWA. We are here to assist with any U.S. immigration case you may have. Let us help you. You may call, text, or email us.
