Latest US immigration update! 🇺🇸
🇺🇸 President Biden’s new parole in place program begins officially on August 19, 2024. This new process is designed to help U.S. citizens with noncitizen spouses and children who have been in the country for 10 years or more keep their families together. This action, which will allow certain noncitizen spouses and children to apply for lawful permanent residence without leaving the country, is expected to benefit approximately half a million spouses of U.S. citizens and 50,000 noncitizen children whose parent is married to a U.S. citizen.
‼️ Please note that USCIS is not accepting applications for this process yet. USCIS will publish a Federal Register notice that will further explain
✅ eligibility and
✅ the application process, including the form to use and the associated filing fees.
If you apply before the implementation date in the Federal Register notice, USCIS will reject your application.
Please contact us if you have questions about your eligibility or want to discuss any concerns you have. We are here to help you with this process or any other US immigration process.
