Immigration Reform Set to Begin on August 19, 2024!
🇺🇸 President Biden's new Parole in Place program will officially begin on August 19, 2024. This initiative aims to assist U.S. citizens with noncitizen spouses and children who have been in the country for 10 years or more, helping to keep their families together. This policy will allow eligible noncitizen spouses and children to apply for lawful permanent residence without needing to leave the country. It is anticipated that this program will benefit approximately 500,000 noncitizen spouses of U.S. citizens and 50,000 noncitizen children whose parent is married to a U.S. citizen.
📌 One of the requirements to be eligible for this new U.S. immigration reform is to prove that you have lived in the United States for 10 years or more as of June 17, 2024.
