Today we’ll cook once again on the GREECHO SMOKELESS GRILL. This time I’ll make my very own HONEY TERIYAKI SAUCE & MARINADE for the BEEF SHORTRIBS which we’ll grill indoors on the GREECHO SMOKELESS GRILL! Give this one a try, you will not regret it. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3lbs beef shortribs
Sesame seeds (toasted) optional
Green onion (sliced) optional
Marinade:
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce
Garlic (smashed)
Ginger (smashed)
2 tblsp honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water + 1 tblsp Cornstarch (slurry)
