Easily the best pulled pork I’ve ever had & only took 5hrs to make. The addition of @KosmosQ rubs made all the difference in the world & truly changed my attitude towards pulled pork & what in my mind, it should taste like! The cook was straight forward with nothing complicated about it. Simply place it in a @PitBarrel for 3hrs, wrap & cook for 1.5hrs more then rest for 30mins in a cooler...Fantastic results!
