I needed a fresh & new recipe for lingcod. I came across TLA’s video & decided I’d try my hand at it & give it a shot. To be fair I didn’t make it using the exact ingredients. It turned out pretty good, not great, but it has potential. For that reason I will be trying different variations of this recipe to see if I can nail down a go to version.
