Mind Eviction: Defenses Against Narcissism Series. The seventh defense against narcissistic abuse is to stop letting the voice of your abuser play out in your head, even when they're not around. Once a manipulator gets into our head, it's hard not to hear them, even when they're not there. In this video, I try to help explain this process and how to stop it.
Narcissism is the biggest opposing force to rights. Once people find themselves in a narcissistic relationship, they'll experience emotional and verbal (sometimes physical or sexual) abuse. Narcissists leach off of their victims, using them for all the can get and when they can extract no more, they discard their victim.
If you're in a narcissistic relationship, use these videos to convince yourself to get out of it. If you're not, these videos will help you keep out of them.
