Withholding Information: Defenses Against Narcissism Series. The fifteenth defense against narcissistic abuse is recognizing that you don't owe an abuser any information. It's actually dangerous to provide information to them even if you think it's benign information.
Narcissism is the biggest opposing force to rights. Once people find themselves in a narcissistic relationship, they'll experience emotional and verbal (sometimes physical or sexual) abuse. Narcissists leach off of their victims, using them for all they can get, and when they can extract no more, they discard their victims.
If you're in a narcissistic relationship, use these videos to convince yourself to get out of it. If you're not, these videos will help you keep out of them.
