They want to go fight so they have to go first

It’s not my fight, why should I go kill an unknown?
When I am not welcomed or respected right here at home
I have PTSD, hidden mental scars…. I know you don’t care
Because the spoils of war for us fighting soldiers, you don’t ever share
G.O.D.D. is your reward and there’s so much more
That’s Gold, Oil, Diamonds & Drugs, natural resources you lack, for sure
You commandeer, colonise, stage a coup, that’s human cost
You know behind those words innocent lives were lost
These Brave Souls Fought & Died for Causes Many of Them Didn't live to See.
In places they didn't know
For reasons they didn't understand
Alongside others they hardly knew
