Hawk (sharp-shinned?) Catches Small Bird
Can anyone tell what kind of bird the victim is here?
I think the hawk is a sharp-shinned.
Distinguishing sharp-shinned from Cooper's hawk can be challenging. I think this is a sharpie because it lacks the Cooper's pale nape, and because the tail looks squared rather than rounded.
