"What's in it?" Joe asked hesitantly taking the envelope she handed him.
"I didn't look, she said it was for you. She said in a seperate letter to me that if you believe what is written in that letter you will come to see me to read the letter that proves she was murdered." Demi explained softly, sighing she stepped away from him.
"I should probably go see Mandy." Demi murmered, he smiled slightly glad that Sel had explained what was going on with her and Mandy.
"good luck Demi, I'm sure Mandy will be pleased to see you.' joe said gently patting her shoulder. Demi smiled shyly.
"Thank you Joe." she murmered her heart beating a little faster she couldn't think joe was cute it was wrong. Joe watched her hurry away and taking a deep breath he slowly opened the letter.
"My Love,
If your reading this it means that I am no longer here with. I want you to know that being with you was one of the best experiences of my life and I'll always love you and watch over you. There are some things that I must reveal to you so that my little sister Demi will not be in danger as well. I know that she will probably find you attractive and will feel that its wrong and that she's betraying me. i Know you'll probably fall for Demi as well, I can already see it happening and I want you to know that you have my support and understanding..Now to the part that I need to make you believe so that you can protect Demi... Selena is the reason why I am no longer with you. I always knew that something wasn't quite right with Sel when I frist met her but I wanted to be her friend because most people just teased her. I didn't realize that being friends with her would end up costing me my life.. She loved you ever since you guys were kids, when we started dating it set something off in her mind, she thought you were hers and that no one could have you. I know that you'll find this hard to believe but you need to trust me. Sel was my best friend and knowing that she wanted you was hard for me to deal with, I never told you because i never thought she would take things so far. If you believe me I want you to take Demi and go visit David Henry one of friends before we moved out here. He has some videos and more letters to prove my claim. I'm trusting you to make sure nothing happens to my sister..I love you Joe and I wish I could have changed things but it was meant to happen.
Love Cami." Joe stared at the letter in disbelief and quickly re read it, hearing footsteps he quickly shoved it into his pocket and turned to face the person.
"Hey, sorry to disturb you.' Eddie said smiling slightly, Joe smiled back he had always liked Eddie.
"Its alright, I met Demi...she seems great. I wish we could have met under different circumstances." Joe murmered sadtly, Eddie nodded in agreement and rested his hand on his shoulder.
"How are you holding up?" Eddie asked curiously, he was the only one who knew that Joe had been planning on proposing to Cami, she died the day before he was going to ask.
"All right, Eddie I need to show you something and its very important that you don't mention this to anyone." Joe announced, Eddie settled on the rock that Demi had been sitting on.
"Alright sounds serious." Eddie said watching him carefully.
"Was there ever a question that Cami was murdered?" Joe asked hesitantly, Eddie's eyes widened in surprise.
"No, but why do you asked?" that had never been a possibility but he was willing to listen.
"Demi gave me this sealed envelope and its definately Cami's handwriting." Joe explained knowing he could trust Eddie he handed the letter to him and waited anxiously.
"Hello Mandy." Demi said softly from the doorway, Mandy tensed slightly and slowly stood up taking a deep breath.
"Demi." She murmered, Demi slowly moved into the room looking around.
"I..I'm so sorry.' Demi said softly, Mandy smiled sadly and could see the genuine emotion in Demi's eyes and hugged her gently.
"Thank you.' She said, Demi let out the breath she had been holding and squeezed her gently.
"Dear god." Eddie breathed standing up he paced back and forth.
"Do you really think its possible?" eddie asked anxiously, Joe sighed and thought for a minute.
"cami has no reason to lie and she is right about Sel acting all possessive of me.' Joe said softly, eddie sighed and handed him back the letter.
"Keep that in a safe place." Eddie murmered, Joe nodded slipping it into his front pocket. Eddie moved to walk away and then paused looking back at him. "Cami's right, you and Demi are perfect for each other. it might seem strange now but stranger things have happened." Joe nodded and turned away from Eddie staring out at the pond.
"Selena!" Demi called out, Sel looked up from arranging some flowers and looked up a small smile on her face.
"Demi, its good to see you again." Sel said hugging her tightly, Demi was a little surprised but hugged her back.
"You too Sel.' Demi said looking at all the flowers.
