Mexican guacamole done right: the recipe I learned from a Mexican chef
How to make Mexican guacamole the right way: avocado, lime, red onion, green bell pepper, and chili pepper. No tomatoes, no frills, just the way Mexican cuisine dictates. This is the recipe I learned from the owner of the Mexcla restaurant and it's become the best version I've ever tried.
Not all guacamole has tomatoes and not all has bell peppers. There are many variations, this is my favorite!
♥ INGREDIENTS:
1 ripe avocado
Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 chopped red onion
1/2 chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon of seeded chili pepper
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
