I believe I have French ancestry. That's what the Phelps is about. I spent many, many times living and working in France, and they take a two-hour lunch break in France with wine. But more practically, how many of us will just rush around all day and grab a sandwich over the key border while we're driving or working or in a meeting? And, you know, we don't stop and consider and slow down. It's all kind of busy, busy, busy. And if we did stop and slow down, well, maybe we'll feel guilty for not working as hard as we could. However, it's been proven in many different studies have shown that if you take that break in the middle of the day, just up 30 to 60-minute gap, get out of the office wherever you work.
